Use a saved CardPress recovery code to reconnect your account and keep your licences. If you still have email access, try resetting your password first.
Recovery signs out website sessions and deactivates desktop refresh. Completing it replaces old sign-in methods and passkeys. Add a new passkey and save new recovery codes afterwards. Offline licences may remain usable for up to 72 hours.
