Choose your card preparation workflow
Start with our guides to preparing PVC cards online, printing PVC cards from Windows or preparing cards in bulk.
Get the Windows app
Sign in with Google, then open Downloads. An active desktop subscription is required. While online payments are closed, use the WhatsApp link on the plans page and share your sign-in email to arrange access. Once granted, download the app and send its computer code to receive your licence file.
Use Windows 10 or 11 on a 64-bit Intel or AMD computer. The installer includes the application runtimes and recognition models. The current installer is unsigned, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher notice. Compare the file checksum on the download page and keep Windows security enabled.
Activate or renew
In CardPress, choose Open account. Your computer code is carried to the activation page. Generate and download your licence, then choose Import downloaded licence file in the app. If the code is missing, copy it from the app into Activate / renew licence.
Renew at least every 72 hours while your subscription is active. Use the same Windows user and computer code when updating. You can deactivate an old computer from your account before activating a replacement.
Adjust a crop
Choose Add Files or Add Folder, mark the documents you need, and choose Crop Now. Results appear together and can be saved automatically as PNGs. Use Edit crop on a result to adjust its corners, orientation or image settings. Input → Free size lets you set front and back crops before processing. For repeat layouts, save a page as a layout or manage crop profiles in Settings. Inspect the results before printing.
Trainer lets you load an example, select each card region and save the document type. With Automatic detection selected, matching pages reuse those regions. Uncertain matches use normal detection. Crops add no margins by default; proportional fitting with white margins is optional in Edit crop.
Print from CardPress
Install your printer manufacturer’s Windows driver. Select the cards, choose Print selected or press Ctrl+P, and select the printer in CardPress’s print settings and preview. Choose paper, quality, copies and placement, then use the printer’s own properties for driver options. Print this prints one result; Print All includes all results. Use Settings → Printer / PVC tray layout to arrange sheets or measured PVC tray positions.
For an Epson L8050 or a similar printer, use the driver and tray settings for your actual hardware. Start with a plain-paper alignment check. CardPress does not claim that every printer and PVC tray has been physically validated.
Sign-in or download problems
Use the same Google account that owns your subscription. If an old app opens staging.cardpress.online, use the production account at cardpress.online. If a download is interrupted, try again while signed in. Check your subscription and computer activation on Your account.
