Online preparation for your next PVC card print
CardPress is a preparation tool for people who already have a card document and need a clean printable file. It helps remove the surrounding page, correct the crop and organise card sides. You can then use the exported output in your own printing workflow or take it to a local print shop.
The service provides software, not physical card ordering or delivery. If you need a printed card shipped to you, arrange that separately with a printing provider. CardPress does not issue identity documents or retrieve them from government services.
Prepare a card online in four steps
Open your workspace
Sign in with Google to start the browser trial. Your first six cards let you try detection, crop correction and 300 DPI exports.
Select a PDF or image
Open the document on your device. For a protected PDF, use its password locally. Choose a clear source with all card edges visible.
Review the card regions
Check the detected edges, orientation and front/back pairing. Adjust the crop when a scan includes surrounding paper or cuts off part of the card.
Export for printing
Save the prepared card images. Full access also includes 600 DPI exports and front/back PDFs and print sheets. Check the output dimensions in the application you use to print.
Working with Indian ID PDFs and scans
Print-shop jobs often begin with Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, ration, Ayushman or voter ID documents. The page layout can vary between a downloaded document, an older format and a scanned copy. Check the detected card regions instead of assuming that every file uses the same arrangement.
Use documents you are authorised to process. Keep names, photographs, numbers and QR codes intact. Crop correction helps prepare the existing document for print; it does not verify the document's authenticity or change its official status.
If you repeatedly receive the same layout, the Windows app's Trainer can save your selected regions for matching documents. The browser workspace is a convenient starting point; Windows adds a dedicated batch workflow and printer controls.
Local processing, with an account for access
The browser processes document content and PDF passwords on your device. Your account manages the trial and software access separately. You do not need to send the source document to customer support to use the crop tools.
Before sharing an exported file with a print shop, check both sides, confirm the requested size and ask the operator to preserve the intended scale. Exporting a file does not automatically send a job to a printer.
Common questions
Can I try PVC card preparation online for free?
Yes. The browser trial includes six cards with automatic detection, crop correction and 300 DPI card exports. A paired front and back counts as one card.

Can I order a PVC card for delivery here?
No. CardPress prepares files for printing and provides software licences. Physical printing and delivery are arranged separately.
